Each exhibitor's booth space includes:
Shipments should arrive between Monday, September 8, 2025 and Thursday, September 18, 2025
All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to a 25% late fee
Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Thursday, September 18, 2025 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight
Direct shipments will be accepted on Sunday, September 21, 2025
Receiving Starts at 8:00 am on Sunday and 9:00 am on Monday
